Returns and exchanges

Personalized pieces. Each personalized piece is made once, for you, with your photograph, your engraving, your map or your fingerprint. Because they are made according to what you asked for, they cannot be returned or exchanged (Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014). If it arrives as you asked and without a defect, it cannot be returned.

Pieces without personalization. You can return them within 30 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

1. Write to us before sending it, with your order number. We tell you how to do it.
2. The piece must arrive unworn and in the condition you received it.
3. The refund goes to the same payment method, once the piece reaches the atelier.

Changing or canceling. In the first 24 hours after ordering, we change the personalization or cancel the order, with a full refund. → Changing the personalization or canceling
