How do I choose the personalization?
Each piece has its own: microphotography, engraving, star map or fingerprint. It is on the card’s badge and on the piece’s page, where you personalize it step by step.
What are the pieces made of?
In 316L stainless steel plated in the color you choose, or in S925 silver, depending on the piece. The material and colors are in each piece’s details.
How long does it take?
Each piece is made to order in 6–10 business days, in our atelier in Portugal; with a fingerprint kit, allow 3–4 weeks. Shipping is added to that; the expected date is shown in the cart, before checkout.
What warranty do the pieces have?
Plated stainless steel: five years. S925 silver: two years. If it arrives with a defect, we make it again at no cost.
Can I exchange a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are made once, for you, and so cannot be exchanged. If it arrives with a defect, we make it again: write to us with the order number and a photo of the piece.
