When the piece leaves the atelier, we send you an email with the tracking number. Before that, see where it is in the atelier at Order status, with your order number and email. If it is still being made, the timelines for each personalization are in How it works.

It depends on the personalization: microphotography takes 6–10 business days and laser engraving 6–10 business days; a fingerprint from a mold, 8–10 business days after the mold reaches the atelier. Shipping is added to this: 1–2 business days in Portugal, 3–5 business days in the rest of the European Union and 3–6 business days in the United Kingdom. The estimated date appears in the cart, before checkout.

Yes, in the first 24 hours after ordering: write to us with your order number and the new photograph. After that the piece is usually already in production and we cannot guarantee it.

We make it again, at no cost. Write to us with your order number and a photograph of the piece; we look at what happened and tell you what comes next.

Yes. We ship to the United Kingdom in 3–6 business days, with duties included: there is nothing to pay on delivery. All shipments are tracked.

Measure the inner diameter of a ring you already wear on that finger, in millimeters, and compare it with the size table that appears when you personalize the piece. Between two sizes, choose the larger.
