• Chat: the icon in the corner of the page. There is always a reply, every day and at any hour; Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (Portugal time), you speak with the atelier team.
• Email: help@madebyengram.com. We reply within one business day. If it is about an order, include the number.
• Defective piece or warranty: on Contact, in the “Report a defect” card, the “Fill in the form” button. We reply within 2 business days.
