Marks or scratches on the photograph

The pieces travel protected by a very soft foam. With the static electricity of transport, it can shed particles that look like marks, shadows or scratches on the photograph.

1. Clean the back of the piece: the flat side, opposite the one you look through to see the photograph. Do not clean the rounded side.
2. Use a dry makeup brush or a microfiber cloth, gently.
3. For stubborn particles, a dry cotton swab or the tip of a toothpick, without pressing, also on the back.

If the mark is still there, take a sharp photograph of the piece, in natural light, and send it to us with your order number. If it is a defect, we make the piece again or repair it, at no cost. → Broken, defective or badly made piece
