Where is my order?

Before it leaves the atelier. See how far along your piece is on the Order status page, with your order number and the email you used to buy. Personalized pieces go through several stages in the atelier before they leave.

After it leaves. When the piece leaves the atelier, you receive an email with the tracking number. Every shipment is tracked. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first movement.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam and, if you use Gmail, the Promotions and Social folders.

The date has passed and the order has not arrived? Write to us with your order number. We speak to the carrier ourselves and tell you what is happening.
