Changing the personalization or canceling

In the first 24 hours after ordering, write to us and we change the personalization (the photograph, the text, the date, the coordinates) or cancel the order, with a full refund. What counts is the time you write to us, not the time we reply.

After 24 hours, the piece may already be in production: the photograph being prepared, the engraving set up. We can no longer guarantee the change or the cancellation. Write to us all the same: we see where your piece is and tell you what is possible.

To make it quicker, send us your order number and exactly what you want to change.

Personalized pieces are made according to what you asked for and so cannot be returned or exchanged. If yours does not arrive as you asked, we make it again at no cost.
