I did not receive the confirmation email

Check your spam and, if you use Gmail, the Promotions and Social folders.
If you paid with MB Way, check in the app that the payment was accepted. A pending or declined payment can leave the order unconfirmed.
If you still cannot find it, there may have been a mistake in the email used for the purchase. Write to us with your name, the order number or the proof of payment, and the correct email. We send the confirmation again to that address.
